PROJECT SCOPE
Webshop Zedonk ERP Design & concept Billit invoicing Business strategy
The business behind the build

Context before code.

For Âme Antwerp, the digital experience needed to carry the same considered character as the collection. Behind that experience, the team also needed dependable links between ecommerce, collection management, invoicing and commercial decision-making.

A premium direct-to-consumer store where brand expression and the systems behind the business work as one. The aim was not to add isolated tools, but to make the customer-facing experience and the operational work behind it reinforce each other.

What we delivered

Each part has a job in the bigger system.

The scope combines customer experience, operational technology and commercial support. Here is what every component means in practice.

01

Webshop

A branded ecommerce experience designed around the customer journey and the way the internal team manages the store.

02

Zedonk ERP

Products, stock and order information connected with Zedonk to support the seasonal workflow of a fashion business.

03

Design & concept

A visual and interaction concept that translates the brand into a clear, recognisable and usable buying experience.

04

Billit invoicing

Invoice data prepared for a practical Billit flow, supporting digital invoicing and the administrative work after an order.

05

Business strategy

Strategic involvement in the choices behind the store: proposition, priorities, systems, partners and the route to growth.

Connected commerce

From customer action to business follow-through.

A strong commerce setup does not stop at the checkout. The project connects what customers see with the systems, data and people responsible for fulfilling the promise.
