La Paz
Portuguese brand character, connected retail operations.

Context before code.
La Paz draws its identity from the Atlantic coast and sells through both online and physical retail. The work links a brand-led webshop and multi-POS experience with PHC, the local ERP environment in Portugal.
An Atlantic-inspired brand supported by an omnichannel store and a practical connection to local business systems. The aim was not to add isolated tools, but to make the customer-facing experience and the operational work behind it reinforce each other.
Each part has a job in the bigger system.
The scope combines customer experience, operational technology and commercial support. Here is what every component means in practice.
