PROJECT SCOPE
Webshop + multi-POS Design & concept Sufio invoicing Falco accounting Business strategy
The business behind the build

Context before code.

Mieke Dierckx combines a distinctive accessories brand with several physical sales points. The solution brings webshop, multi-POS, invoicing and accounting together so the customer experience and the administrative reality support each other.

A multi-store commerce experience with a clear brand concept and practical links into invoicing and accounting. The aim was not to add isolated tools, but to make the customer-facing experience and the operational work behind it reinforce each other.

What we delivered

Each part has a job in the bigger system.

The scope combines customer experience, operational technology and commercial support. Here is what every component means in practice.

01

Webshop + multi-POS

A connected online and multi-store retail setup designed to keep customer experience and day-to-day sales operations aligned.

02

Design & concept

A visual and interaction concept that translates the brand into a clear, recognisable and usable buying experience.

03

Sufio invoicing

04

Falco accounting

05

Business strategy
