Sneakerplus
From own storefront to marketplace reach.

Context before code.
Sneakerplus needed an ecommerce foundation that could support both direct sales and visibility on major marketplaces. The work combines the branded webshop with bol.com and Amazon routes, without losing control of the product presentation.
A product-rich webshop prepared to sell beyond its own storefront through connected marketplace channels. The aim was not to add isolated tools, but to make the customer-facing experience and the operational work behind it reinforce each other.
Each part has a job in the bigger system.
The scope combines customer experience, operational technology and commercial support. Here is what every component means in practice.
Webshop
A branded ecommerce experience designed around the customer journey and the way the internal team manages the store.
bol.com

From customer action to business follow-through.
A strong commerce setup does not stop at the checkout. The project connects what customers see with the systems, data and people responsible for fulfilling the promise.

Transaction
